As part of a kinesiologist’s Self-Assessment and Continuing Professional Development, you are required to create Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to keep your skills and knowledge up-to-date.
It has been almost one year since the last self-assessment cycle, now it’s time to review your ILPs. Reviewing your ILPs is a great opportunity to:
- Review the professional development you’ve completed in the past year,
- Reflect on how it may be applied towards the learning goals you set in your last self-assessment(s), and
- Support the development of future learning goals.
When reviewing your past and current ILPs, you may also wish to review the following materials to ensure your ILPs meet CKO’s requirements:
- CPD-General-Requirements-Policy-April-2015.pdf (coko.ca)
- Portfolio-Contents-and-Format-Policy-April-2015.pdf (coko.ca)
- FINAL-Revised-CPD-Directory-Website-26-October-2023.pdf (coko.ca)
